Synopsis

American McGee's Alice tells the story of Alice's adventures after she returns from the fantasy world of Wonderland. The Alice referred to here is THAT Alice, a children's story character written by Lewis Carroll whose film was recently made by Hollywood with Johny Deep as one of the characters. It is said that after Alice returned to the real world after defeating the Queen of Hearts, she still often returned to Wonderland to meet her friends. Everything went fine until one day Alice realized that she had lost her entire family in a big fire, and the worst part was that it all happened while she was playing around in Wonderland.

Watching her family burn and being the only survivor, Alice immediately suffered from intense feelings of guilt that caused her mental condition to be declared unhealthy. And for the next ten years Alice had to languish in Dr. Ruthbert's mental hospital for mental treatment. Suddenly one day unexpectedly a friend of Alice's from Wonderland arrives, the Running Hare, bringing Alice back to Wonderland.

This is where the adventure begins. Wonderland has changed completely since Alice last saw it. It looked more like hell than a dream world. Alice's friends have also changed, some of them will even become Alice's enemies. The Cheesire Cat, Alice's friend in the form of a cat who can disappear, is now emaciated and looks evil. The Cheese Cat's face is the famous icon of this game. Meanwhile, the Mad Hatter who used to often invite Alice to drink tea together has now turned into a very cruel, crazy inventor.
